How do I add or remove the app from the LaunchPad (Mac OSX)?

            On Mac OSX, the LaunchPad is a button with a rocket ship graphic that you can use to launch your apps quickly. Only apps bought from the Mac App Store appear in the LaunchPad by default, but you can drag SimsUshare from the Applications folder into the LaunchPad icon to add it to the LaunchPad. You can also drag SimsUshare onto the task bar, for really quick access. If you need to remove SimsUshare from the LaunchPad for some reason, Apple does not make it easy. To do so, open a Terminal window (Applications > Terminal), then type the following (substituting the name of the program you want to remove where ‘SUSMobileDesktop’ is in the following):
            sqlite3 ~/Library/Application Support/Dock/*.db "DELETE from apps WHERE title='SUSMobileDesktop';" && killall Dock
            t hen you can close the Terminal window.
